Position: Full time - Registered Nurse (Oncology)

Location: Woodbridge, VA (Must reside within a 30-45 minute commute)

Shift: Monday-Friday (no weekends, no holidays), 8a-5p

Pay Range: $70,000 to $77,000 Annually

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with oncology expertise to join our dedicated team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a medical group office setting, specializing in infusion therapy, port/PICC line management, and oncology support. This role requires strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other infusion therapies safely and effectively.
• Assess, access, and care for ports, PICC lines, and central venous catheters.
• Monitor patients for adverse reactions and manage symptom escalation.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, side effects, and self-care.
• Collaborate with oncologists, NPs, and support staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and adhere to oncology-specific protocols.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards.

Requirements:

✔ Active RN license

✔ Minimum 1-2 years of RN experience (new grads not considered).

✔ Oncology experience preferred (chemotherapy certification a plus).

✔ Proficiency in port/PICC line care and infusion therapy.

✔ Prior medical office or outpatient clinic experience strongly preferred.

✔ Must reside within a 30-45 minute commute
